This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made through Artify Events for event management, artist booking, and live entertainment services. Please read it carefully before confirming any booking.
Specific terms may vary by booking — any written booking agreement or service contract between you and Artify Events supersedes the general terms below for that specific event.
1. Enquiry Stage — No Charge
Submitting an enquiry through this website is free and carries no financial obligation. No payment or deposit is required at the enquiry stage. A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement is in place and any required deposit has been paid.
2. Booking Deposits
A non-refundable booking deposit is typically required to confirm an artist booking and secure the date. The deposit amount is specified in the individual booking agreement.
- Deposits become non-refundable 7 days after the booking confirmation date
- Within the 7-day window, if you cancel, we will refund the deposit in full
- After 7 days, the deposit is retained to cover artist holding costs, planning, and coordination already undertaken
3. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you (the client) cancel a confirmed booking, the following schedule applies:

All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email to artifyevents@gmail.com. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive and acknowledge your written notice.
4. Artify Events–Initiated Cancellations
If Artify Events cancels a confirmed booking due to reasons within our control, you will receive:
- A full refund of all amounts paid (deposit and balance)
- A good-faith effort to offer a suitable replacement artist or rescheduled date
5. Artist Cancellation or Unavailability
In the rare event that a confirmed artist becomes unavailable (illness, personal emergency, or circumstances beyond our control), we will:
- Notify you as promptly as possible
- Offer a comparable replacement artist at no additional cost
- If no suitable replacement is available and you do not wish to reschedule, issue a full refund
6. Force Majeure
If an event is cancelled or disrupted due to force majeure (natural disaster, government-imposed restrictions, pandemic, civil disturbance, acts of God, or other events outside reasonable control of either party), Artify Events and the client will act in good faith to reschedule the event or reach an equitable settlement. Standard cancellation timelines may not apply in force majeure situations.
7. Rescheduling
Rescheduling a confirmed booking to a new date is subject to artist and Artify Events availability. One reschedule request is generally accommodated without additional charge if made more than 30 days before the original event date. Subsequent reschedules or short-notice reschedules may incur an administrative fee as specified in the booking agreement.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds via a different payment method than the one used for the original payment.
9. Disputes
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly calculated or denied, please write to artifyevents@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute — [Your Name / Event Date]". We will review and respond within 10 business days.
