Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026  ·  Artify Events, New Delhi, India

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Artify Events website at artifyevents.in ("Site") and the event management and artist booking services offered by Artify Events ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Artify Events

Artify Events is an event management and artist booking company based in New Delhi, India. We help clients plan entertainment for weddings, corporate events, private gatherings, concerts, and brand activations by curating suitable artists and coordinating live performance logistics.

2. Nature of Our Service

Artify Events acts as a facilitating agent between clients and artists. We:

  • Curate and recommend artists based on your event brief
  • Manage enquiries, availability checks, and briefing communication
  • Coordinate event-day logistics, technical riders, and performance requirements

The final performance agreement and any payment terms are established between the client and the artist (or Artify Events on their behalf) through a separate written booking confirmation or service agreement. These Terms govern your relationship with us as the booking facilitator and site operator.

3. Enquiry vs. Booking Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry form on this Site does not constitute a booking confirmation or a legally binding service agreement. Availability is subject to confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have signed or acknowledged a written booking agreement and any required deposit has been received.

4. Payments and Deposits

Specific payment terms (deposit amount, payment schedule, cancellation fees) are set out in the individual booking agreement for each event. As a general guide:

  • An advance/deposit is typically required to hold a date and confirm the booking
  • Final balance is typically due before or on the event date
  • Payment methods and timelines are communicated in the booking agreement

For cancellation and refund terms, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event details (venue, date, guest count, technical requirements)
  • Ensuring the venue can accommodate the agreed performance format (power, stage, sound)
  • Obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or permits required for live music or entertainment at the venue
  • Ensuring access and hospitality requirements for artists are met as specified in the rider

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, branding, design, and structure — is owned by or licensed to Artify Events and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of artist profiles, service descriptions, and other information on this Site. However, we do not warrant that any information is complete, accurate, or current. Artist availability, pricing, and repertoire are subject to change. Always confirm details directly with us before relying on them for planning purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Artify Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site or our services
  • Our total liability in connection with any single event booking shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that booking
  • We are not liable for artist cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, force majeure, travel disruption)

In the event of an artist cancellation by us, we will endeavour to offer a suitable replacement or a full refund of any deposits paid to us.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, civil disturbance, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, both parties will act in good faith to reschedule or resolve the situation fairly.

10. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., artist social media profiles, YouTube). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked third-party site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
